Eligible for Replacement

Replacement केवल निम्न परिस्थितियों में दिया जाएगा:

✅ Product Damaged प्राप्त हुआ हो

✅ Wrong Product प्राप्त हुआ हो

✅ Product में Missing Parts हों

✅ Product Delivery के समय Non-Working हो

Proof Requirement

Replacement या Complaint स्वीकार करने के लिए निम्न Proof देना अनिवार्य है:

✅ Parcel Opening Video

✅ Product Photos

✅ Shipping Label की Clear Photo

Proof उपलब्ध न कराने पर Request Reject कर दी जाएगी।

Parcel Opening Video Guidelines

Parcel Opening Video निम्न नियमों के अनुसार होना चाहिए:

📦 Video Parcel खोलने से पहले शुरू होना चाहिए।

📦 Sealed Package और Shipping Label स्पष्ट दिखाई देने चाहिए।

📦 पूरा Parcel कैमरे के सामने बिना किसी Cut या Edit के खोला जाना चाहिए।

📦 Video में Product को Box से निकालते हुए स्पष्ट दिखाना आवश्यक है।

📦 यदि Product Damaged, Missing या Wrong है तो उसे Video में स्पष्ट दिखाना होगा।

📦 Video लगातार होना चाहिए। Edited, Cut या Paused Video स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।

Invalid Claims

निम्न परिस्थितियों में Claim स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा:

❌ Parcel Opening Video उपलब्ध नहीं है

❌ केवल Photo भेजी गई है

❌ Video Edited या Cut किया गया है

❌ Product इस्तेमाल करने के बाद Complaint की गई है

❌ Delivery के 48 घंटे बाद Claim किया गया है

❌ Shipping Label दिखाई नहीं दे रही है

Claim Time Limit

Delivery के 48 घंटे के भीतर Complaint दर्ज करनी होगी।

48 घंटे के बाद कोई भी Claim स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

Refund Policy

Refund केवल निम्न परिस्थितियों में दिया जाएगा:

✅ Wrong Product भेजा गया हो और Replacement उपलब्ध न हो

✅ Product Transit में Lost हो गया हो

✅ Replacement उपलब्ध न हो

अन्य सभी मामलों में केवल Replacement प्रदान किया जाएगा।
