📦 Sealed Package और Shipping Label स्पष्ट दिखाई देने चाहिए।
📦 पूरा Parcel कैमरे के सामने बिना किसी Cut या Edit के खोला जाना चाहिए।
📦 Video में Product को Box से निकालते हुए स्पष्ट दिखाना आवश्यक है।
📦 यदि Product Damaged, Missing या Wrong है तो उसे Video में स्पष्ट दिखाना होगा।
📦 Video लगातार होना चाहिए। Edited, Cut या Paused Video स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
Invalid Claims
निम्न परिस्थितियों में Claim स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा:
❌ Parcel Opening Video उपलब्ध नहीं है
❌ केवल Photo भेजी गई है
❌ Video Edited या Cut किया गया है
❌ Product इस्तेमाल करने के बाद Complaint की गई है
❌ Delivery के 48 घंटे बाद Claim किया गया है
❌ Shipping Label दिखाई नहीं दे रही है
Claim Time Limit
